Kilo Colombia has long been the center of attention of drugs eradication by the United State. Whether it’s tracking killing warlords or just ripping out Coca plants from the ground, Colombia has always been the priority number one of drug eradication. But why does United States target Colombia? The answer is the amount of drugs, most notably Cocain, that get export out of the country into the United States. Billions of dollars’ worth of Cocains are exported to U.S from Colombia every year and the Government tried and failed multiple times on multiple occasions. Every time the Colombian Government t...

The Canadian Museum of Flight experience

Image
Hello there. Yesterday, I went for a visit to the Canadian Museum of Flights. What's in there? Well, what do you think? There are planes, from WW1 to WW2 to the Korean war. You got big planes, you got tiny planes, you got planes with propeller and you got planes with jet engine. You also got fighter jet from WW2 and bomber planes. My favorite Handley Page HP.52 Hampden which was used during the World War 2 as a bomber. It looks cool, the cockpit seems large enough to fit 4 people. I don't know how much people it can fit because we're not allowed in but it seems big enough for 4 people. Anyway, it features 2 machine gun spots to fire from and it is a twin engines plane meaning it has two engines. Both are propeller engines.  It's my favorite plane because of the look. That's it. The plane looks cool, powerful and very menacing. Great plane, 10/10. The plane The entrance of the museum is also the gift shop. The first thing you see when you walk in is the counter and t...

Scythe

This book took place in the distant future. Where humanity conquered everything and finally decided that Cloud storage isn't necessary a bad thing. Humans also achieved immortality. So now you live forever. Well not exactly, you can fall from a 75 building and still experience something call major injury and brain damage along with the inevitable thing call death. But, hopefully, you can still be revive at a place call the Revival Center. Real creative. Anyway, you can die but you are genetically modified so that if anything bad happens, you can self heal and no damages could sustained. So how do you die permanently? Well, that's when Scythes come in. They're literally Grim Reaper, go up to your house, knock on your door and kill you in anyway possible. They usually killed at least 5 people a week, 20 people a month and 260 people a year. Every year, you always have a chance of a Scythe visiting you, so just be paranoid as much as possible. They don't carry a scythe, t...

Murder at camp Delta

Murder at Camp Delta 2006. Sergeant Joseph Hickman is on his flight to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The U.S has set up a detention camp there to detained people and has been in operation since January 2002. Now, Sergeant Hickman is planned to be deployed here for roughly a year working as Security Guard. At first, everything seems normal. Besides the constant shouting from the detainees and the guards, not to mention that this place has been focus regarding Human’s Rights in 2003 because of Detainees going on Hunger Strike. Other than that, everything’s fine. Not for long. Sergeant Hickman was patrolling with his Squad when they decided that the heat and the sunlight are unbearable and went off-course their usual path to find some shades. They did find some shades and something else too. A building that isn’t presented anywhere on the official map of the entire camp. Well, that’s strange, why would the higher ranking hide something like this from them. He tried not to think about it other tha...

Maze Runner: The Death Cure review

Image
Maze Runner: The Death Cure Warning: This is about the book, not the movie. Also grammar mistake Ok, so this book is part of a trilogy but the newest installment ruined that. If you haven’t read the other two books then it might be a little challenging to understand the context. Anyway, after the Scorch Trial taken place somewhere in Mexico, Thomas and all of his friends are captured and held captive. Thomas get the special treatment of 26 days of isolation in a white room. They were going to get their memories back but Thomas decided that he was too good for it and escaped the facility on a "Berg" that matches the description of a Combine Dropship from Half Life 2.  The "Berg" looks something like this but a lot less terrifying and probably looked nothing like that and my comprehension skill is bad.  They escaped to Denver, out of all the places, to get a chip in their brain removed because it can, reportedly, let WICKED control your brain and that's not very g...

The UBC experience

Image
Hello there, Yesterday, I went to the University of British Columbia or UBC for short, to be more specific, the campus based in Vancouver, with my family. It was not very fun walking around in negative 9 degrees Celsius but we persisted on. Well, it wasn't that bad, most of the places we visited were indoor anyway and even if it was outdoor, the visit was brief and fast. Ok, enough talk, let us begin.  First, I want to talk about the Beaty's Museum of Biodiversity. What is it about? Well Biodiversity. Everything from animals to plants. Almost every single organism is presented some way or another. Some more significant than other. If you look from the outside, you'll see a big skeleton, what did it belongs to? Not a Dinosaur but a Blue Whale aka the "Biggest animal on Earth". The whole skeleton is around 80 feet long (24 meters) and it is enormous. The Blue Whale That Blue Whale skeleton originated from Prince Edward Island and travel all the way across Canada to...

Some updates regarding the blog

Hello there, It has been a while since I last posted on this blog. Truth is, I've been very busy, some main reason include: school, school and some homework but mostly school. And also some test. Not very much things happen in school but there will be a long break during winter in approximately 2 weeks so I'll see you there. For the time being, while I wait for cool things to happen, here are some books I read and I review them so you kind of have an idea. So enjoy and sincere sorry for the lack of content 1984: 1984 What you know is what the government wants you to know. They monitored you through a tv, they watched your every move. If you did something they didn’t approved, they’d show up at your house and make you disappear. After that, it would seem like you never existed. The government will be always watching and there is nothing you can do about it. 1984 is George Orwell’s future prediction of a dystopian society where the government control what you do, think, talk a...
