The terrible and great reason why I run long distances, the book

The terrible and wonderful reason why I run long distances.

This book is The Oatmeal, the author, talking about the terrible and wonderful reason why he run long distances, yeah. They aren’t totally terrible, it all goes down to him fearing that he was getting fat and wanting to do something more with his life than just sit behind a computer screen and draw comics all day. This book is more of an inspirational book; he wants to inspire other people that are going through he was going through, being fat. So he started running, a few miles the first day, a few the next and then it keeps adding up until he was able to run a marathon. It’s like metamorphosis process, from an ugly caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly and it’s a very complicated process and a very long process too. With lots of works involved and lots of time and will. You need to the will to get out of bed, the will to put yourself into some running shoes and walk out into the cold morning and start running a few miles. It is a very challenging process and one that takes a lot of effort in order to succeed and succeeded he did. This is the tale of a man who sits in front of his computer all day decided that this has to change and maybe it’s your time too.

The Oatmeal, Matthew Inman is a cartoonist, he has been posting comics since 2009 and he’s also the man who created the famous card game, Exploding Kittens. His website is theoatmeal.com and you should check him out, he write some very deep philosophical things like how that time his dog ate some shit, threw it up, ate the vomit, and then threw it up again. And then attempt to eat it. I sincerely apologize to anyone who’s eating or about to eat or just ate something. Final rating: 10/10 from IGN.
