The U.S border

 Hello again,

Ok so today I went to the border separating Canada and United States. Now I don't know what I was expecting. I guess I was thinking of soldier with guns patrolling the border and shooting anyone that even dare to try to cross. I guess my expectation were a little too high because there was nothing worth noting beside the line of cars going from the Canadian side to the U.S side and vice versa. There are some things worth mentioning, first this monument. Very cool monument, definitely made out of natural things mixed in with man-made things.

There were also a park that has a lake with some ducks. I think there were like 70 of them all just floating. It is also vital to mention that I went to Point Roberts which is a small town with a population of 2000, and they have no school for children fourth grade onward so students must cross the border 4 times a day on a 40 minutes bus ride to go to school or maybe they can just cross the water but there are no port and who goes to school in a boat anyway. Imagine the first day of these kids going to their new school and their teacher asked them to introduce themself and they are like: "Hi, I'm (insert name here) and I'm from over there!" and the whole class just looks over and sees Points Robert.

For better understanding

So yeah, that was the experience of visiting the border for better understanding of how it works but I think I got the wrong place. So that was a solid 9.5/10, a bonus 0.5 for ducks floating on lakes.
